A Look at Our Competitor

If you have done your research, you know that Pass A Polygraph & Pass a VSA has one other major competitor who offers a polygraph manual for purchase. This competitor is easy to spot, as his web site is heavy on self promotion. In our opinion his qualifications, product and support are very short on substance. Consider:
Qualifications
Them: performed 3,000 polygraph examinations as a mid-rank officer in a Plains state city police department. (Earlier this year, that figure was changed to 6,000...interesting to see a 3,000 test jump occur in one month, no?) Apparently has not administered any actual VSA tests. Learned about (VSA) Voice Stress Analysis through a friend and what he had read, then first published his findings from these second hand sources. Finally got around to completing a VSA training course. VSA knowlege is not from actual testing experience.
Us: combined 45 years of expertise with over 6500 polygraph examinations for organizations such as the FBI, California Highway Patrol, DEA, and major Pacific Northwest police departments. Our VSA expert was an actual VSA examiner who is nationally recognized, and has been a guest lecturer at Florida State University, Stanford and UCLA.
Product Claims
Them: sells one manual claimed to train the user to pass both the polygraph and VSA examinations.
Us: We offer two manuals, one for passing the polygraph, the other specifically designed to train you to pass the VSA. The techniques required to pass either lie detector test are totally different!
Offering two different manuals allows you, the purchaser, to decide for which lie detector you want to train. Our competition supplies only one manual that attempths to describe both lie detectors. If you are required to take a lie detector examination, you will NEVER be required to take both the polygraph and VSA. Why waste your time getting confused by reading about the wrong lie detector?
Manual Contents
Them: a 19-page manual filled with at least four pages of useless fluff. The manual is difficult to understand, loosely organized, and fails to convey essential information about passing your polygraph or VSA test.
Us: a 27-page manual that makes every word count. Tightly and clearly organized. The pages with sample tests tell you essential information on how to interpret the questions asked by the examiner. Excellent end-of-course review. In addition there is a separate 22-page manual to prepare for the VSA exam.
Personal Support
Them: we have heard from numerous customers who first were customers of our competitor. A typical story: he told this lady that he wrote his manual so a third grader could understand it. When she asked him to clarify one of the paragraphs that he had written, he told her to find an eight-year old child and have that child explain it to her, then he hung up on her. We also have reports of people being yelled at over the phone, and others being reduced to tears.
